High power, low noise, low power consumption, 25GHz×180ch thermally tunable DFB laser module integrated with stable wavelength monitor

摘要

We present C-band tunable module using a DFB laser array with a wavelength monitor. The module achieved record performances such as PMF coupled power > 30mW, 25GHz×180ch tunability, linewidth < 4MHz, frequency shift < +/-1.25GHz and TEC power consumption < 4W.
