Now in a number of activities it is marked, that the existing definition of a mineral kind having a particular structure and a structure appeared is much insufficient. It was investigated, that the mineral changes the properties depending on the size of allocation of any substance (Revnivsev etc., 1992; Turesebekov etc., 1999). In endogenous, exogenetic and technogen ore systems the general law of variability of a granulometric structure, forms of fixation of mineral associations and paragenesis is observed. It was investigated, that in these systems the distribution of the granulometric structure submits to the hyperbolic law. At disintegration of substance of ores at improvement and processing of mineral raw material there is a numerical increase of the boulder particles in a cubic function to decreasing from dimension: in volume of a ore system to one particle in I mm there correspond 10~3 particles by the size of 0,1 mm; 10 particles - size of 0,01 mm; 10~9 particles - size of 0,001 mm etc., that are confirmed by calculations for copper-porphyry and gold deposits.
