Anomalous heat effect is confirmed using infrared thermal imaging camera and thermocouples. This anomalous heat effect appears when a deuterium flux permeates through the thin wall of a palladium tube. Hydrogen flux may have similar effect, but the effect is weaker than that of deuterium flux. The dependence of this heat effect on temperature, material, multiple-layer surface-coating is discussed. The maximum anomalous heat effect in these experiments is ~3 W per cubic centimeter of Pd.
