摘要

The experiment has testified that the intensity of electrostatic interference has much relation with testing environment. A variety of testing environment have been researched and their intensity of electrostatic interference has been tested respectively, and the experimental data have been given. For further calculating the extent that electrostatic interference influences test system, on the basis of the human body model and device model, normal (or universal) test system model of electrostatic interference has been given, and the generating rate of static electricity is taken as basic parameter that is used to calculate electrostatic interference of test system. By means of circuit analysis and use of numerical value calculating method, the value that electrostatic interference influences test system under common testing environment has been calculated. This analyzing method can be used to the calculation of electrostatic interference of test system and electrostatic protection.
