摘要

The synthesis of proteins still represents a challenge for peptide chemistry since the step by step synthesis on solid supports only provides fragments of the target protein of about 50-60 amino acids in length.Due to the fact that the native chemical ligation,which is presently the most popular approach to the condenation of peptide fragment,is limited to a specific ligation site,the motivation a universal synthesis method has been arise.
