One of the basic aims of chemical therapeutics is to deliver the active substance efficiently and specifically to the site of the discease or disorder.In many cases the effectiveness of a drug can be imporved by encapsulating it in some form of carrier.Ideally,the carrier must be biodegradable without toxic byproducts,and should deiver the drug to the site where it is needed [1].
