Scientific School of Vladimir Yakubovich in the 20th century

In this survey I would like to make some historical remarks concerning activities of Scientific Group created in Saint Petersburg (former Leningrad) by Professor Vladimir Andreevich Yakubovich, one of the founders of the modern control theory. The most valuable results will be briefly characterized and some pictures will be presented.
