The reversible part of the magnetic susceptibility play an important role on the magnetization processes. We comparatively analyzed the role of the reversible part in three phenomenological models: Generalized Moving Preisach model, Jiles-Atherton model and Hodgdon model. In order to apply all these models to the same magnetization processes the reversible and irreversible parts of magnetization must be introduced in the same manner. Numerical simulations are made for a magnetic tape (particulate media) where the change in magnetization may be considered due entirely to rotation of magnetic moment.
