Neural network modeling of the electrical machines iron losses under saturation

The paper present an unified approach in modeling iron losses in electrical machines, considering saturation, on the base of using artificial neural networks function approximation techniques. We are using a Radial Basis Function (RBF) approach together with a Fast Orthogonal Search (FOS) algorithm to select neurons from a candidate set.
