ENTER - TEACHING AND LEARNING WITH NEW MEDIA

Within the ENTER project a comprehensive training concept or adult and continuing education managers for E-Learning was developed and tested. The project is supported by the ministry of Education and Research (MBF) and is offered as a online-seminar by the German Institute of Adult Education and the Center for Distance Studies and Continuing Education since 2001. ENTER imparts a E-Learning-competence and comprises the following subjects: technical basics, pedagogical and psychological theories, Instructional Design, CMC and Management of E-Learning. Based on the following thesis the (positive and negative) experiences made during two online-seminars, each 14months long, are introduced.
