Pulsed ELDOR measurements detected by spin-echo have been performed in order to detect NMR transitions. The pulsed ELDOR spectrum of tyrosine D{sub}ox radical in plant photo-system II (PS II) showed well-resolved hyperfine structure, similar to that obtained by conventional pulsed ENDOR measurements. Mn{sup}2+ ions associated to the PS II membranes have been measured by pulsed ELDOR wide range of 10-1000 MHz.
