This paper set forth the classification of structural importance rank, studied the relation structural generalized reliability and the classification of structural importance, defined the concepts of reliability grads, structural strength metamorphosis coefficient and reliability metamorphosis coefficient, and given the relation structural running reliability and structural strength.
