In steady state analysis of forming processes,the so-called streamling integration is performed to adjust the geometrical position of the streamlines.Theoretical description give the zero normal velocity at any position on the streamlines (strong form),however numerical analysis such as FEM can not satisfy this strong condition in general.In this paper,the weak form conditioni instead of the strong one has been presented for both two-dimensional and axisymmetric problem,and the streamline integration method to satisfy the weak form condition has been proposed.In addition,it has been shown that accurate or analytical integration can not satisfy the condition.A simple example and a practical example have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed integration method.
