Thermal measurements of IGBT power module

摘要

This paper presents results of thermal measurements of an IGBT hybrid power module. The measurements were performed using both p-n junction and infrared thermography techniques. The results obtained using these two methods are compared for different configurations of heating transistors and different values of dissipated power.
