摘要

In the paper author presents results of researches conducted upon correlation of domain structure parameters with selected electric properties of Triglycine Sulphate (TGS) single crystals doped with Lysine. In the frames of the research program computer system was designed, making possible data acquisition and analysis of temperature characteristics of pyroelectric coefficient. A separate system was designed for the observation and analysis of domain structure parameters of single crystals under investigation.
