PRELIMINARY OBSERVATIONS ON THE IMMUNOLOCALIZATION OF THE αE-CATENIN IN PAROTID ACINAR CELL OF NORMAL AND ISOPROTERENOL TREATED RAT

摘要

We used post-embedding immunogold labelling with polyclonal antibodies to the α E-catenin protein, to determine its distribution at an ultrastructural level in parotid acinar cell of normal and isoproterenol reated rat. Althought there was no significative quantitative difference between the two experimental groups, we reported that α-catenin distribution was topographicaly different in the treated glands.
