摘要

The opportunity of a contact free control over heat-mass-transfer processes through periodically distributed on an outer ampoule wall heat field rotating in an ampoule with melt at the spacecrafts (SC) aboard crystal growth is discussed in this paper. The laminar convection asymptotic structure at the free and rigid boundaries of infinite cylinder at the along aligned heaters is studied. It has shown that the "running wave" heat boundary conditions have possibility to make the convective flows when the gravitation field is absent.
