It is a new method for petrol engine to make petrol electrized to improve atomization. This paper designs a kind of new practical electrizing equipment, and analyze influence factor of the quantity of electricity, such as voltage between electrodes, petrol flow velocity, electrode internal diameter etc. Holography of fuel carrying charges and fuel not carrying charges are gained by using YSC―Ⅱ model moving particle instantaneous Laser holography tester. Fuel drop picture is gained by reappearing the holograms and it is concluded that fuel drop average radium of carrying charges decrease about four times than that of not carrying charges. The engine CA6102 bench test results show that petrol carrying charge to assist atomization decreases largely HC content and CO content of engine exhaust emission, and economize a little petrol, which indicates a new method to economize petrol and reduce emissions for automobile.
