摘要

The enhancement of sensitivity and accuracy of immunochemical methods is commonly and effectively achieved by the use of a set of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) directed to differing unique antigenic determinants in an antigen to be detected.However,this approach has some drawbacks,mainly due to the frequent instability of mAbs in the course of the manufacture and storage of diagnostic kits.
