A significant aspect of combinatorial chemistry is its ability to generate a peptide library for studying specific interactions such antibody-antigen,enzyme-substrate/inhibitor as well as receptor-ligand.Generally,the diversity of a peptide library is achieved by altering the building blocks of a parent peptide or template.
