Masked Motion JPEG2000: A new video compression scheme based on JPEG2000

摘要

We present a video compression algorithm based on the masking of the difference of two images, and an automatic method to update the keyframe. We show that this algorithm improves the visual quality of Motion JPEG2000 and reduces the data rate.
