The analysis of high purity gases down to PPB levels

The need for high purity and speciality gases is increasing and the requirement for improved analytical techniques is becoming more demanding. Detection limits in the low ppm to ppb ranges are now becoming routine and recent developments using the multi dimensional gas chromatography with a pulsed ionisation detector gave made this possible.
