摘要

The convergence speed and the global astringency are main conflicting elements of genetic algorithm (GA). In order to solve this problem, a fast converging GA is proposed in this paper. This problem a fast converging GA is proposed in this paper. This improved GA is applied to optimize the sensor/actuator placement and feedback gain in active control of flexible structure. This simulating results indicate that this GA has the characters of high convergent efficiency and good quality of solutions for complicated nonlinear constrained optimization problem, and that the closed loop micro-mechatronic control system effectively suppresses the vibration.
