Characterization of yellow colonies isolated from rice seeds

Yellow colonies are the most common colonies from rice seeds. However, little information is available except Xanthomonas spp. up-to now. The objective of the experiments was to explore diversity of bacterial species of yellow colonies from rice seeds for sustainable management of rice diseases.
