The CIE Daylight Measurement Guide was established to ensure that data gathered around the world as part of the International Daylight Measurement Programme (IDMP) was of consistent and comparable quality. Since the beginning of the programme in 1991 a large amount of experience has been gained in the practical aspects of daylight measurement equipment, data gathering and analysis. In the light of this, this paper discusses revision of the guide in the areas of equipment setup, calibration, data management and cloud evaluation.
