摘要

To institute relationship between the training and the employment is current interrogations of the educative system as well as the productive system. The learning organization concept, theoretical framework in which we situate our contribution, requires the choice of theoretical options by its greatness and the precision of practice modes of action so as to construct adapted training devices. The theoretical foundations of a learning organization implementation approach are here presented, in an alternation training case, followed by a proposal of implementation.
