On the power law dependence of the average density of the galaxies in the universe

Commonly hot dark matter (HDM) models of the universe are not considered able to obtain actual large scale structure (LSS), principally because of two problems: the free streaming, that is the responsible of the HDM structures vanishing when their mass is lower than the Jean's mass; and -once resolved the previous problem- the continuity of the process of Jeans' fragmentation, that is unable to settle privilegiate dimensions like are the superclusters of galaxies, the clusters of galaxies and the galaxies. We show a possible solution of both those problems that comes out from the study of damping time in massive fermions collapsing structures. We make a comparison of our HDM cellular fractal model of the universe with some observational data. The consequences on the Hubble law are taken into account.
