摘要

The effects of curcumin on immune function modulation were examined in BALB/C mice.The animals were gave wiht curcumin by 20,40 or 80 mg/kg body weight for 3 weeks.The lymphocyte proliferation stimulated by ConA were significantly increased in the dose of 80 mg/kg(P<0.05); the antibody levels (anti-sheep red blood cell antibody) and the function fo phagocytosis of macrophages were significantly enhanced in the dose of 40 adn 80 mg/kgbw (P<0.01).Whereas the body weight,the relative weight of spleen and thymus,the reaction of DTH and hte number of IgM-PFC in the three dosage were not different when compared with the control group.
