参芪扶正注射液对肺癌小鼠化疗后免疫功能调节的影响

摘要

目的 探讨参芪扶正注射液对肺癌小鼠化疗后免疫功能调节的影响.方法 选取20只健康纯系BALB/c雄性小鼠,采用简单随机法分为实验组和对照组各10只,自接种后第14天使用注射用顺铂3 mg/(kg·d)连续腹腔注射7 d,建立肺癌小鼠化疗后动物模型.实验组给予参芪扶正注射液60 mL/(kg·d)腹腔注射给药,对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液60 mL/(kg·d)腹腔注射,疗程为10 d.末次给药后24 h检测胸腺指数、脾脏指数,脾淋巴细胞中T细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞、脾淋巴细胞膜、CD3 +CD25 +百分率及脾淋巴细胞转化能力.结果 实验组小鼠脾脏指数、脾CD3 +、CD3 +CD4 +CD8 -诱导的脾淋巴细胞比对照组均显著升高(P＜0.05).结论 参芪扶正注射液可提高肺癌小鼠化疗后机体免疫功能.%Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi-fuzheng injection on immune function of lung cancer mice after chemotherapy.Methods The lung cancer mice chemotherapy model was established by abdominal cavity injection of DDP with a dose of 3 mg/( kg·d ) for 7 days,these mice were randomized into 2 groups,mice in experimental group were given Shengqi-FuZheng injectionon of 60 mL/( Kg·d ) for 10 successive days, and those in control group were given saline of 60 mL/( Kg·d ), then the index of thymus and spleen were observed by the changes of the weight, and transformation capacity of spleen lymphocyte was measured by the MTT method, and the percentage of T subgroup, B subgroup, cell membrane of spleen lymphocyte CD3+ CD25+ were analyzed 24h after the last administration of the medication.Results The weight of spleen, and the spleen CD3 +, CD3 + CD4 + CD8- induced lymphocyte were significantly increased in the experimental group( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Shengqi-fuzheng injection could improve the immune function of lung cancer mice after chemotherapy.
