摘要

The present invention relates to an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder model mouse and a method to screen a composition to prevent and treat attention disorder disease using the model mouse. More specifically, it can be found that: an animal model wherein a cobalt wire is inserted in the right side frontal lobe is useful as an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder model mouse; the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder model mouse can be applied to screen a therapeutic agent for attention disorder from the result obtained by administrating to the animal model ethosuximide, which is one of a non-specific T-type calcium channel inhibitors, showing brainwave having low frequency, hyperactivity, and decline in cognition which are characteristic of attention disorder; and a composition containing a non-specific T-type calcium channel inhibitor which can be useful to prevent and treat attention disorder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
