摘要

The Cs-Pb-X aggregated phases were created in CsX host crystals (X=Cl, Br, I) by annealing of Pb-doped crystals at elevated temperatures. CsPbX_3 and Cs_4PbBr_6 phases were evidenced in some cases and their optical properties were measured. Due to semiconducting character of CsPbX_3 phase (X=Cl, Br) quantum confinement effect was observed in its excitonic emission.
