The system for observation of flow in vortex Ranque tube by colour foucault-Hilbert visualization method is elaborated. The presence of large-scale structures with the life time by orders longer than exposition is established. A coupled vortex spiral was observed for the first time. It was concluded that the main probable processes leading to Ranque phenomena - are viscous heating in the thin wall shear layer from one side and from theother - adiable cooling in the centre due to formation of intensive spiral vortex core, firstly observed in present work.
