摘要

Random Telegraph voltage signals (RTVS) have been detected on a superconducting Bi_2Sr_2Cu_2O_(8+x) (BSCCO) thin film, current biased below the sample critical current I_c in a dissipationless state, at temperatures T < 7K and in a weak perpendicular magnetic field B. RTVS average lifetimes clearly show that voltage fluctuations are governed by an intrinsic energy barrier height linearly depending on B. This evidence supports the hypothesis of a magnetic origin of these phenomena.
