摘要

In this paper, an improved explicit acoustical wave propagator technique is extended to describe the time- and frequency-domain acoustic wave propagation, and acoustic-structure interaction in a duct silencer structure. Effects of different mesh refinement of Gauss-Lobatto points, configuration of duct silencer structures, and micro-perforated membrane/plate on acoustic-structure interaction are investigated. An error analysis is carried out to evaluate its numerical accuracy and computational efficiency by comparison with an analytical solution. Time-domain analysis of acoustic-structure interaction can accurately and effectively reveal its acoustic characteristics of a duct silencer structure with a flexible membrane/plate. The above analysis provides a deeper understanding of the absorption mechanism leading to noise reduction.
