摘要

Amorphous materials CAM3 of Fe-B system have already been well researched [1-3). They have good magnetic and mechanical properties. Concerning these alloys, temperature intervals of crystallization, regular succession of formation and decomposition of metastable phases under volume annealings and also under the influence of metalloid quantity on the crystallization conditions of AM [4-S] have been widely studied. But the influence of complex doping on the temperature stability and peculiarities of Fe-B amorphous alloys crystallization has not yet been studied adequately. Moreover, in scientific literature there is no data concerning amorphous alloys' crystallization in conditions of super-high speed heating under the influence of pulse laser radiation. That is why the aim of this article is the investigation of complex-doped amorphous alloy crystallization after laser and volume annealing.
