Although we can see some correlation between the q/d distribution and the image data we could not proof this first results by more extensive statistical studies of about 150 different q/d measurements. As a result of these measurements we come to the conclusion, that the design for the using air flow for toner suck off and only an AC field (without DC field), may be not sufficient for q/d measurements of the same quality we found with two component toners.
