摘要

The experimental study shows that if bacteria cell and residue of substrate are separated from the fermenting liquor ofα-amylase, the separating method can alternatively use the high shear membrane filter without the aid of flocculant. The effect of this method for eliminating bacteria is satisfactory. which can reach the requirement of food industry, and the recovery of enzyme activity is high.
