To realize a flexible color OLED display, we investigated pixel patterning by ink-jet printing on a plastic film. Highly efficient phosphorescent materials and host polymer were used for the ink solutions of the emitting layer. The molecular weight of host polymer and solvents were optimized for the ink formulation. The ITO anode and polyimide bank were fabricated on plastic film by using a transfer method. The printed PEDT/PSS and the emitting layer were finely separated by the polyimide bank, and electroluminescence from each pixel was observed.
