Fabrication of ferroelectric hafnium-zirconium dioxide thin films by solution process

Y-HZO thin films were fabricated byCSD with and without ZrO_2 and YSZbuffer layers on platinized siliconsubstrates. The ferroelectric nature ofY-HZO films fabricated by the CSDmethod was demonstrated from P-Eand C-V measurements.
