Application of graphene oxide memristor in Chua's chaotic circuit

Memristor is recognized as the fourth basic circuit element. Chua's circuit is a typical nonlinear chaotic circuit. First, the Chua's circuit is simulated, and then the actual graphene oxide memristor is used to replace Chua's diode to build the circuit. The actual test results are compared with the original Chua's chaotic circuit simulation waveform, and the changes are observed.
