GRAPHENE PREPARATION METHOD OF HEATING ORGANIC SOLVENT SUSPENSION OF GRAPHITE OXIDE, AND GRAPHENE PREPARED USING SAID METHOD AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF

Provided is a graphene preparation method of heating an organic solvent suspension of graphite oxide, comprising the following steps: (1) graphite oxide is added to a polar organic solvent, and a suspension is produced by means of ultrasound; (2) the suspension is heated till the suspension is black and partial or complete coagulation occurs; (3) solid-liquid separation is performed on the black suspension obtained in step (2), and a solid is obtained after the polar organic solvent is removed; (4) organic electrolyte solution is dripped onto the solid obtained in step (3), the solid is then suction filtered to obtain a black slurry, and the black slurry is directly coated onto a retainment body; or the solid obtained in step (3) is directly dried to obtain graphene material. Also provided is a graphene prepared using said method, the graphene having a conductivity greater than 1S/m. Also provided are applications of the graphene in super capacitors and lithium ion batteries. The graphene can further be removed of the organic solvent to obtain graphene powder or sheet.
