摘要

In our paper we present results of the interdisciplinary project“consuming energy sustainably – consuming sustainable energy:Heat energy in the field of tensions between social predictors,economic conditions and ecological consciousness”3.Various concepts on sustainable energy consumption see consumerempowerment as an important factor influencing consumers’behaviour and decisions. We undertook research on avariety of aspects with regard to consumer empowerment, suchas adequate information, co-determination and participationin the residential sector.
