Some ofthe feeder colleges are TAC/ABET accredited and some are not. The NJITElectrical Engineering Technology program, a TAC/ABET accreditedprogram, has been in existence for more than 15 years and a large amountof data is available on the success rate of these students. By comparingthe data of students from TAC/ABET accredited lower-division programswith data of students from lower-division programs not TAC/ABETaccredited, some conclusions can be drawn on the effectiveness of theTAC/ABET accreditation.
