An all purpose dispersive multiconductor interconnect modelcompatible with PRIMA

摘要

This paper describes a new, transmission line-based discrete modelfor interconnects with per-unit-length, frequency-dependent resistanceand inductance. The proposed model is developed in such a manner thatthe resulting discrete form of Telegrapher's equations constitutes apassive system, and is compatible with passive, reduced-ordermacromodeling algorithms. The validity of the proposed model isdemonstrated through numerical examples
