摘要

In the presented paper a verification for a mmWave 3D imaging concept is introduced. The study demonstrated that the combination of MIMO and frequency scanning approaches drastically reduce the number of operational channels in comparison to the conventional MIMO radar. Since no mechanical pivoting parts are utilized, the presented concept has potential to be highly integrated. The implementation of the entire 3D imaging radar as a wearable, real-time capable operational system seems to be feasible.
