On the impact of the insertion of international researchers on the investigative competences of the local engineering faculty staff and students

In Peru, to employ international researchers with postgraduate studies in universities is an effort that few of these institutions can make. The resources that are required by higher education institutions for this purpose can be quite expensive. This art
