Study on the Targeted Poverty Relief of 'Internet + Agriculture' in Poverty-stricken Area of Henan Province

摘要

The concept of "Internet +" injects new impetus for the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture; with the introduction of internet concept and technology, "Internet + agriculture" innovates new system and new model of the industrial chain of agricultural production, supply and selling, and expands the industrial development space of such new type of operation as leisure agriculture. On the basis of the related research of "Internet + agriculture" at home and abroad, this paper systematically analyzes the poverty-stricken area of Henan Province and the development status of "Internet + agriculture", designs the new pattern of targeted poverty relief of "Internet + agriculture" in Henan Province, and puts forward policy suggestions on planning the structure of "Internet + agriculture", innovation of mainstream poverty relief system and construction of trust type poverty relief mechanism.
