Mitigation of microstructure changes in potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystals with an abrasive-free jet process

By implementing a novel abrasive-free jet method, we are able to mitigate the lattice misaligned structure in KDP subsurface. The experimental results show that the method can indeed reduce the deformed layer of a KDP subsurface.
