摘要

Barium hexaferrite BaFe]20i9 single crystals hexagonal shaped and sizes of up to 5 mm were grown from barium borate flux. The electro physical parameters of grinded crystals were investigated following the open-ended methodology, using Speag DAK system. Thebtained Debye characteristic for permittivity confirmed the theoretical expectations. The presented results show the specific behavior of the target value in terms of causal models for metal powder materials.
