Based on the characteristics of high-tech projects, we set up a multi-factor hierarchical fuzzy overall evaluation model of high-tech projects investment risk and give the full process of evaluation. Principles of evaluation is discussed, investment risk is analyzed from different sources and measured by constructing a multifactor hierarchical index system and applying Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Fuzzy Sets Theory and other statistical methods. This research provides instructions for making investment decisions in high-tech industry.
